- Shipping & Delivery
Bum-chums.com aim to deliver orders in 5-7 working days Standard Delivery (1st Class Recorded Delivery sent via Royal Mail). Any orders received after 12:00 will be processed the following working day. Express UK Delivery is available for an additional charge and is guaranteed within 48 hours (which sadly does not include weekends). In the event of an item being out of stock, please allow up to 10 days for delivery as we’ll make a fresh pair for you!

Any personal information collected by Bum-chums.com from its customers will be treated with the strictest confidence and will be used by Bum-chums.com employees only to inform customers of forth-coming Bum-chums products and promotions.
Under no circumstances will customer information be passed or sold to third-party persons or organisations to be used for marketing purposes.
Returns & Replacements
At bum-chums.com all of our products are checked thoroughly by our “Mother Superior” of Quality before leaving our factory! In the unlikely eventually of any item being anything less than perfect, the item will be replaced. Underwear may not be returned except in the case of manufacturer’s defects. In this case we will replace damaged or irregular items as soon as possible and offer our sincere apologies.
Bum-chums.com will extend a credit for returned merchandise towards another purchase for items accepted for return. In the case of manufacturers defects the customer can request a refund or exchange for other items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and returned within two weeks of receipt of merchandise. Bum-chums.com will not be responsible for any costs of returning damaged items to Bum-chums.com.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange or refund if there is a manufacturing defect with the product. Bum-chums.com will not exchange or refund sale items for any other reason.
Ordering
Ordering on the site is simple, just navigate to the product you'd like to buy, select the size required and click the button "Add to Cart". Once you have finished shopping, you can view your "Cart" and update it as required. Once you're happy with your order, you then simply pass through the checkout, pay for the goods and that's when we receive your order. Once the order is placed, we get cracking to make sure your delicious pants are sent out to you as quickly as we can.
You don't need an account with us to place an order, however, remember that if you do... With every purchase with us, you collect "pants points" which when collected, are as good as cash on our website.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is accepted through our PayPal online Payment gateway, this is a secure and world-wide trusted means of payment and you don't need to have an account with them to use the service. All prices are listed in £ Pounds Sterling (GBP) and prices listed include VAT at the current rate.
Updating Account Information
Please feel free to update your information at any time. To do this, sipmply log on to your special area of the site in "My Account" This can be found at the top right hand side of any page and will take you to your area. Once here, you can make changes to your account information as you require. If you have difficulties with this, please feel free to contact us.
